When the diesel engine is difficult to start, if the reason is that the oil delivery valve of the fuel delivery pump is not tightly sealed, you can unscrew the delivery valve cap of the fuel delivery pump before starting, add a proper amount of diesel to the oil passage, and then tighten the cap to make the fuel delivery pump seal tight. The performance can be improved, and then the oil can be started by pumping oil by hand. Engine oil injection If the engine oil is sprayed from the oil filler port when the diesel engine parts are working, it means that not only the cylinder liner and piston have been severely worn, but the piston ring may have been broken or stuck, or the cylinder has been pulled, and the high-temperature and high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber has produced serious "Under the exhaust" phenomenon. At this time, the engine power has dropped significantly and fuel consumption has increased sharply, so it should be shut down immediately for maintenance. If there is abnormal noise, if you can hear a short "dang, beck" sound at the oil filler port, the sound will be more pronounced when the engine suddenly accelerates from idle speed, and the higher the speed, the louder the sound, and the single cylinder will be cut off (fuel cut off). ), the sound weakens or disappears, it can be judged that it is the abnormal sound of the connecting rod bearing. It should be considered whether the clearance of the connecting rod bearing is too large, whether the connecting rod bolt is loose, and then use it after troubleshooting. For diesel engine parts, the automatic line with hot die forging presses and electro-hydraulic hammers as the main engine is the development direction of forging crankshaft production. These production lines will generally adopt precision cutting, roll forging (cross wedge rolling) billet, intermediate frequency induction heating, and precision. Advanced technology such as sizing of the whole hydraulic press, and auxiliary machines such as manipulators, conveyor belts, and mold changing devices with turntables are also provided to form a flexible manufacturing system (FMS). Through FMS, workpieces and molds can be automatically replaced, and parameters can be adjusted automatically, and continuous measurement during the work process. Display and record data such as forging thickness and large pressure and compare with the fixed value, select the best deformation to obtain high-quality products.
